The point is, the test only succeeds with the expected exception, and fails
otherwise.

In general it is a bad idea to make your test case depend on the exact message
that the server is throwing out, since the message itself is not part of the
contract but the class of the exception usually does.
It should be fine if you don't want to change it, but just for the record, the
test is fragile.
