I created HDFS-7070 for another testcase with "Too many open files symptom",
which might or might not be the same reason as HDFS-6694 here.
The fact that TestPipelinesFailover.testPipelineRecoveryStress fails so often
makes this test simply ignored, and it has the chance of missing real problems.
Hi [~gkesavan] and [~ipv6guru], I wonder if any of you could follow-up with
HDFS-6694 and INFRA-8147? thanks a lot.
