Thanks for taking this Colin, just a few review comments:
* Could we add a basic test? We should check that owner and isEncrypted still
work correctly.
* getExtendedFileInfoOffset, the param doc says "owner" while the declaration
says "str"
+1 pending these though, we could also get a test-patch run now that HDFS-6843
is committed.
