A patch to add a pluggable {{RamDiskReplicaTracker}} interface with a default
implementation - {{RamDiskReplicaLruTracker}}.
Most of the changes are due to the refactoring and renaming, with LRU
implementation changes restricted to {{RamDiskReplicaLruTracker}}. Also updated
the test case.
