Attach the patch that fixed the original KMS store path issue on Windows. It
also fixed an issue in TestEncryptionZones#testSnapshotsOnEncryptionZones.
HDFS uses timestamp as the the default snapshot name scheme if the snapshot
name is not specified. When this test creates 3 snapshots quickly on Windows,
the default snapshot name is very likely to collide with the same name
(timestamp), which failed the 2nd or 3rd snapshot creation. The fix is to put a
distinct name explicitly.
