Thanks for handling this Zhe. I think it might be a good idea to actually check
the FileStatus.isEncrypted() bit on both the dir and the file. Also, it might
be good to verify that the file and the /.reserved/raw version of the file are
not equal. DFSTestUtils.verifyFilesNotEqual is useful for that.
