Thanks for the review!
I've uploaded .003 of the patch which changes back to Time.now(). It also
changes the original metric to LastTransitionTimeInMs (long, ms since epoch)
and adds a new metric: LastTransitionTime (String, dow mon hh:mm:ss zzz yyyy
format).
Over to jenkins for his opinion.
