Are there some undocumented dependencies for this JIRA (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-4584) that it was not added to a release until 0.21.0?
Could the patches be applied to a 0.20.2 (stable) release? If so, what is the process? Is there an ETA for a stable 0.21 version? Thanks!
