First, we are encouraging people to use the Radiance discourse server these

It is possible to use pinterp to resample one view into another view. You will
need to add view parameters to the Sphereon file. I think the cylindrical
projection (-vtc) might work. You can use a fixed depth value in place of a
z-buffer file name, e.g. "1.0". If you are not changing center-of-view, then
depth is irrelevant, anyway.
