Follow-up Comment #1:
There will be a separate Socioeconomic and Family functionality assessment,
with the date of evaluation for better tracking.
The main fields associated to the assessment will be :
- Assessment date
- Person
- Domiciliary Unit and Housing condition level
- Occupation
- Education level
- Socioeconomic level
- Income level
- Family functionality score (Smilkstein APGAR)
- Professional who did the assessment
Current fields will be moved from the patient to the new Socioeconomic
assessment model.
