Follow-up Comment #1, task #14262 (project health):
Health: Include active field to hide obsolete or conditions that are no longer
used in newer versions.
This will hide the outdated codes to avoid using them, and it will keep the
existing records that used them at one point.
Usually the older / obsolete codes have an equivalent in the new version, so
institutions are encouraged to update them.
