[Health-dev] Lifestyle tab not allowing input

Dear health-dev team
I have installed gnu health 3.6.5 on ubuntu 20.04 but have been unable to
enter input into the fields for exercise and sexual history.
Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
