With Yast2 partitioner I wanted to resize this 7,52 GiB to the maximum

I guess you need to delete the mmcblk1p4 partition first of all - before doing
this *please check* what is on there.
Now try to extend with YaST2, if that does not work, (g) parted should do the
job
