This is an issue with char fields.. instead of setting None on empty fields,
it sets them as '' (empty string, which is different than null). In the past I
had to fix this in other models :)
Now you can have health professionals without an explicit ID, yet if they have
them, it must be unique.
Please report if there are any issues on it still.
