Hi, Without context, I can’t be sure. Is it מהדורת קדמ"ה or קדמ"ה מהדורת, as below?
My guess is that the initialism is for קבוצות דיון מחנכים הורים. Per HCM RDA (p.30), even though the acronym doesn’t appear in E-Sh. or Alcalay, it does form a word, so, the transcription would be Mahadurat Ḳedmah.
