Subject: [SACOLIST] Tentative subject lists 2106 and 2106a are now available

Hello SACO members,
The Tentative Subject List for June (List 2106) is now available at this
website:

https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://classweb.org/tentative-subjects/2106.html__;!!KGKeukY!g738i5V0PjcAScYa9R-MG5NbBFtmcaUnQicmCLsvCMDzQpiyKBH0FyUAW2FJ48pspicpO1OK_sfyXTfe$

Also, the Summary of Decisions for list 2104 stated that “Headings in the form
Concentration camp […] (e.g., Concentration camp buildings) also will be
cancelled and replaced by two headings. Those proposals will appear on a future
tentative list.” A special tentative list has been created for those headings,
and is now available for review at this site:
https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://classweb.org/tentative-subjects/2106a.html__;!!KGKeukY!g738i5V0PjcAScYa9R-MG5NbBFtmcaUnQicmCLsvCMDzQpiyKBH0FyUAW2FJ48pspicpO1OK_gt03_CI$

These lists contain the proposed subject headings received by the Policy,
Training, and Cooperative Programs Division from SACO members and LC
catalogers. If approved, the headings will be added to the Library of Congress
Subject Headings. LC catalogers and SACO participants are encouraged to review
the tentative lists and provide substantive input on the proposals. Comments
and suggestions should be sent to the subject policy specialist whose contact
information is printed at the top of the list.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
