I can certainly create such a record, but based on previous experience (see on1322451041; and search the phrase Lamda iyun as a series) – even though a series-like phrase title doesn’t control in OCLC -- people still record the statement in a 490 and, worse, seeing there’s an authority record and not understanding why the heading doesn’t control, include the uncontrolled 830, too… ☹
