Hi all, At last year's virtual AJL conference, a couple of catalogers did a panel session on "Cool Things We Cataloged." We each picked an item that we had recently cataloged, showing why it was interesting and any cataloging challenges that came up. (We also did a standalone Cataloging Forum<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICA7K96jXgI__;!!KGKeukY!1ZP-Y_KxyUxYAh5lg4uWIIsQI1NT-5I8lhRwVzBLRBnNQMMLqA2oUwZ8LIo_0znbHtL7gtBpOoOt-CjlkyoNi4PWazfS$ > with the same title, showing a different set of items.) We were hoping to do another similar panel at the upcoming in-person conference in June. If there are any catalogers that are interested in joining us, please reach out! We would love to give some more recognition to cataloging at the conference and show people what kind of work we do! The deadline for submitting proposals is December 31st, and I know many people will be off for some sort of winter break, so please reach out ASAP! My email is [email protected].
