Translating arabic_hebrew_howto_OS_643 to Hebrew

Hi everyone,
I understand that we need a lot of people to start using the latest build of OpenOffice and start issuing bug reports and sending hebrew documents that were written in M$ Word and won't open correctly in OpenOffice 643.

In order to approch as many people as possible, I think it would be a good idea to translate the arabic_hebrew_howto_OS_643 to Hebrew written by Isam Abuteir and publish it.

What do u guys think of the idea?

The only thing I'm not sure about is if the arabic_hebrew_howto_OS_643 licenced by the GFDL. Can I feel free to translate it and publish it?
