Our build of cws_srx644_ooo20030223 for Windows is available under:

Get your choice of archive (ZIP of RAR), extract its content to a new
directory, and run "setup" from the directory.
When you are being asked many personal questions ("registration"), you
may skip the questions and leave the answers empty (this is a standard
procedure during OpenOffice installation, don't worry).
Shoshannah already started to work on it here, and it seems that most
of the Hebrew/BiDi bug reports have been resolved.
There are probably some newer bugs, which are being reported, but the
whole package is starting to look really good.
I hope that we will have an updated build (with the Hebrew translations
and/or improved import/export filters) soon, in the same location.
