Hi Eli, The Hebrew version for Windows and Linux on www.openoffice.org.il under the name RC5 is most likely going to be the official version. So please go ahead and download the RC5 version and report bugs on that version only.
The bugs in Bugzilla are in the process of being checked and you will see a change in the status of some of the bugs right away. We are behind in maintaining Bugzilla but we will get up to speed in the next few days.
