OOo 1.1.1 has slightly better Hebrew support than OOo 1.1.0. If you do not
have a problem using English menus and don't need the spellchecker and can
install fonts yourself, then move to OOo 1.1.1.

Yes, but it takes some work. TkOS is currently working on a "kit" that we
will publish on the OpenOffice.org.il web site that will help you to do
this.

Maybe, but probably not. My personal opinion is to do a 2.0 beta version
instead of 1.1.1, but no final decision has been made by the major
sponsors, Sun Israel and the MoF. I expect a final decision in about ten
