Hi Shoshannah,
You shouldn't be saying things like "well, in theory OOo has exactly the
tool that you need". Just say, "we aren't there yet, maybe next year".
We have limited resources, so we have to get the basic stuff done first so
that the majority of the users (Calc, Writer) can do their work.
