Hi Chen,
        when you change the menu configuration, the directory where the
menu information is stored is:
<OpenOffice.org directory>/user/config/soffice.cfg/
You'll find there files named writermenubar.xml, calcmenubar.xml, etc., 
depending on which menus you've changed. 
        The best place to post these files would be on the OpenOffice.org
