This is off-topic to this list, but Sid and Sarge are not meant to be
stable unmodified versions. Hence minor changes to get the package
slightly better are generally legitimate. Those changes were in the
revision number: in the internal numberring of the Debian package. You
could read about them in the file
/usr/share/doc/openoffice/changelog.Debian.gz .

Actually this file shows many changes. It seems that besides the
expected Ximian patches, Debian also does quite a lot of porting work to
linux on other platforms.
