In order to help the people in the forum better, I went and downloaded
the Hebrew version of OOo (I already had the English version
installed). All these issues below are on Windows XP SP2.

* Since I had a slightly different version of OOo installed (the
English 2.0.2), I went ahead and installed the Hebrew one, expecting
them to live side-by-side (like in the beta days). However, the Hebrew
version when ahead and over-wrote my English one, without a warning or
anything.
* Another annoyance- in the English version, I had changed my default
fonts in the preferences (tools--options--writer--fonts (CTL). The
Hebrew version refuses to honor these setting. Attempting to set my
fonts again via the preferences fails. Even editing VCL.xcu seems to
have no effect.
Is the only way to change the default fonts in the Hebrew version is
to create my own custom templates?

Thanks and have a nice day,
Shoshananh
