Hi... I have OO v1.1.4 (plain vanilla US version) installed under OS/2. Although the program is, in general, gross overkill for most of my needs, it is the only way I can write the occasional document in Hebrew, or embed Hebrew strings in English documents, and it serves admirably for that, and I like it.
My small problem is that somehow its main window has become configured to have the vertical scrollbar (and some other things) on the left side, rather than on the right like every other program I have; on the menu bar, the drop-down menus, beginning from "File", start from the right side, rather than from the left; there are other associated similar efffects. All of this is true also on daughter windows. I have no philosophical reason to object to this, except that things are not where I look for them automatically. If I were using all Hebrew programs, it would be just fine. I must have inadvertently configured the program to display this way, but I can't find a way to undo it, although I have tried to search throughly. If someone can point me to what I have missed, I would be grateful. Best to all... -- Yuri -- Hebrew OpenOffice Mailing List [email protected] To unsubscribe see: http://openoffice.org.il/mailman/listinfo/hebrew
