Sequoia 2.10.9 contains hedera-commons.jar hedera-appia.jar and
hedera-jgroups.jar with Version 1.6.1.
I could not find such a version for download (src). I had to check out the
right tag from CVS to debug sequoia correctly
Maybe Hedera project could cut a release when sequoia is released with a
different hedera lib
