Hey Matt,
I think you are missing a number of attributes for that encoder, it
should look like:
```
[es_payload]
type = "SandboxEncoder"
filename = "lua_encoders/es_payload.lua"
[es_payload.config]
index = "heka-%{Y.%m.%d}"
es_index_from_timestamp = true
type_name = "heka_logs"
```
