Yes, non-English texts are very unfortunate. But the language of the thesis is a sole decision of the author and there is little we can do about it.
The mentioned implementation of the security model is also not on-line, but only attached to the physical copy of the thesis. This is yet another reason why it is not integrated into the mainline branch of HelenOS so far.
But it is on our TODO list and it will land in mainline eventually, in some form or another.

There's no reason to apologize, it is understandable. We are NOT saying that every legacy is bad and every convention, standard or norm is wrong. We just try to keep an open mind ..
