Hi all,
I'm a student from China.Recently I'm working on my own operating system(just
finish boot, even without process),so I think participating HelenOS a good idea
when I read gsoc's organizations list.

I have 3 years c/c++ programming experience, and know much on ia32
architecture.I'm very interested in low level system programming,so I choose
"(#313)Enhancement of userspace debugging and observability features" as my
gsoc application.

I have built HelenOS from source code and read part of Jiri Svoboda's master
thesis Dynamic linker and debugging/tracing interface for HelenOS. Now I have
some questions on this idea.

1. The ticket's description is "Improve or implement features for HelenOS
userspace debugging and observability", does "features" mean
#280 Taskdump should print fibril stacks
#312 Coredumps should contain register state
#314 Debugging information lost for some aborts

2.As yourequested,I must complete a simple HelenOS task before the student
application deadline on April 6.Since I'm learning ELF file format,I want to
create a tool like GNU READELF,do you think this help to HelenOS and my
application?
