Hi, I created and sent out invitations to a Google Calendar instance dedicated to tracking time availability of our GSoC students and mentors. The calendar is called:
HelenOS GSoC 2012 Availability Calendar If you fall into one of these two categories and have not received an invitation yet (you should have), please let me know and I will try to fix it. The purpose of the calendar is to track the time when either the mentor or the student will not be available. Try to keep it up to date. I already filled the info provided by the students in their application forms (pls check the info is correct for you) and for myself. I'd also like to ask both the students and the mentors to send a reminder of their unavailability to the mailing list in advance, so that we have a record of it both in the ML and the Calendar.
