There is a work-in-progress, not yet merged code in:

bzr://krabicka.net/orome/helenos/bbxm

which adds ARMv7 support. ARMv7 is surely farther away from ARMv4 than
ARMv5, but it may still be interesting to have a look at what had to be
done to support a new ARM architecture.
