remaining USB 2.0 issues:
 - devices get occasionally misdetected as full speed instead of high
speed, it's  not a reset timing issue as I thought, but there are
couple more things to try here.
 - I have only tested storage and build-in camera (control and bulk
transfers) on real hw, interrupt transfers work in qemu, TT transfers
probably don't work
 - I haven't merged mainline since Martin's 'port' changes as there was
no obvious way to create parallel connection to immediate parent. I
assume I need to create USB port? haven't really looked into it.
 - arm (OMAP) will need changes to USB interconnect driver, the driver
is currently setup to connect to OHCI (the connection is cut in hw), we
can also disable and power down OHCI on BB

my internship ends in December so I should be able to find some time to
iron these out during Christmas.
