I bet all these system provide some sort of "short IPC", which would be the apples to apples comparison. Presented alongside the memfs results, this would provide deeper insight into the behavior of the individual systems. I would also consider presenting costs per call normalized by the number of components that take part in the operation, in addition to the aggregate numbers.
