one thing I forgot about yesterday. I realized because of PR 152 that even though we changed the code not to contain indentation on blank lines, ccheck still allows this. This was intentional because we had both ways in the code so ccheck simply ignored blank lines. Any objections to modifying ccheck to enforce that blank lines do not contain any indentation?
