Anyway, although this is far from complete and the code is quite rough, I
thought it would be prudent to back up my work to Github and try to document
it while fresh in my head. As a side benefit, you can watch my progress:

So this is a DOS application that loads a HelenOS multiboot2 image and runs
it. It allows to boot HelenOS in DOSBox or, in general, a DOS machine that
is unable to boot from CD-ROM.
