"I was able (after a thorough authentication procedure) to gain ownership
of the #helenos channel on libera.chat. I also updated the IRC-related
info on our wiki. The only thing left to do is to change the IRC bot to
start visiting libera.chat instead of the old one. Will PM Martin about
this.
