Do you want it to pay attention sometimes, but not other times? I decided
that I didn't ever want it to pay attention, so I just set
IfElapsed = ( 0 )
in my cfagent.conf. If you wanted it sometimes, I suppose you could set it
based on a class (or the absence of one), which you could then define (or
not) when you invoked it, depending on which behavior you wanted.
