Neil, Here is the exact command and reply that we are using: pos089998-1:/jim/cfengine-2.2.10 # ./configure --with-berkeleydb=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.3 ... checking for BerkeleyDB location in /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.3... /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.3 checking Berkeley DB Version... configure: error: This release of cfengine requires BerkeleyDB 3.2 or later
It says that it finds 3.3 but then says that it needs 3.2 or later. I'm pretty sure 3.3 is later than 3.2. ^~+~^~+~^~+~^~+~^~+~^~+~^~+~^ Jim Gosney Linux System Engineer Groupwise email System Engineer Blackberry Enterprise Server Administrator Genesco, Inc. Using --with-berkeleydb= as a configure switch allows you to point to any Berkeley DB you like.
