We do have a trac, which some groups in the Institute use.  We don't use it for 
cfengine policy management though.  This is for three reasons:

1)  We already have a ticketing system which predates it (RT)
2)  Last time I checked, trac didn't have a method of submitting or responding 
to tickets by email?
3)  We already use CVS for cfengine policy, so it would mandate a migration to 
subversion.  No bad thing, but I don't really have the time or need at the 
moment to move it all.
