We do have a trac, which some groups in the Institute use. We don't use it for cfengine policy management though. This is for three reasons: 1) We already have a ticketing system which predates it (RT) 2) Last time I checked, trac didn't have a method of submitting or responding to tickets by email? 3) We already use CVS for cfengine policy, so it would mandate a migration to subversion. No bad thing, but I don't really have the time or need at the moment to move it all.
