Subject: Bug? Locking ignores action => immediate

Hello folks,
I've set ifelapsed to 15 minutes in body agent control to reduce load on the
policy server. The executor runs its default schedule, though, i.e. cf-agent is
being spawned every 5 minutes, to ensure changes in promises can be applied
more effectively. Even more, certain promises have their action parameter set
to be immediate using the following body:
body action immediate
{
ifelapsed => "1";
}
This way such promises will also run every time the cf-agent is executed. Well,
they should. In reality, I'm getting the following output:
cf3 XX Nothing promised here (9/15 minutes elapsed)
Does it mean action cannot be applied to usebundle? Did I miss something?
