Well, files look okay in general (besides ${} which I'm not sure of). Since
crash happens in bundle server access_rules most probably, I'd suggest looking
further down into it. You might also run cf-promises -d 1 and inspect the debug
output. Why did I conclude about access_rules bundle? Well, that's why:
