I would appreciate some assistance on how to update a pre-existing symlink.
If "/xyz -> /old/path" exists then delete it and replace/add "/xyz -> /new/path". It sounds like the "issymlinkto" function would be needed, but I'm unsure how to use it. Thank you for your time and assistance
