Before submitting a bug report. I want to know if other people are experiencing
the same problem of have the same setup.
community version: 3.1.4
os: debian squeeze
We use cf-execd as daemon.
Problem description:
When we reboot a machine the init.d scripts are executed and we have also a
init.d script for cfengine3. This script starts 3 daemons:
* cf-execd
* cf-monitord
* cf-serverd
Every time a machine reboots we are in problems. The processes are running but
the ps command of cf-agent does not return any thing. So every time cf-agent is
running the cf-daemons are restarted + the other daemon that are checked in
this bundle.
If a login on the node and restart the cfengine daemon then everything works as
expected!
PS) Another issue is that i can restart cf-serverd and cf-monitord without any
problems. But with cf-execd there is a locking problem. Is does some checks if
it does not restart to often. But i am running cf-execd as daemon and not from
cron?
