That sounds great. Many thanks, Mark. My background in OSS, both as user and contributor (Samba, Linux-HA, etc.) teaches me that I should offer to test and validate this for the greater good of us all. Sadly, I'm not really in a position to be able to do the full checkout, import, configure, build, install stuff.
But if, at some pre-release point, you happen to build a RH-5/Centos-5 RPM (I'm running "cfengine-community-3.1.4-1.el5"), I'll happily give that a go. (And I may be able also to do RHEL-6 by that time.) Thanks again. -- David Lee Mark Burgess wrote: > This bug has been corrected in svn. > > On 03/10/2011 10:09 AM, David Lee wrote: >> [...] >> As always, I experiment with my changed ".cf" files by using the "-n" >> flag, in "cf-agent -KIn", so it doesn't (or shouldn't) actually make the >> changes. >> >> So in my "processes", I set up a "process_stop" experiment, try it >> (including "-n", remember), and... the "process_stop" is actually >> executed, despite my "-n".
