I was trolling through the Reference Manual and was surprised to find no
reference whatsoever to the most useful action comparison of if_elapsed.
In the Solutions Guide, there are a lot of examples for using something like
action => if_elapsed("10000"); in a promise.
This worries me, as it makes me wonder how many other undocumented actions
there might be?
Or, maybe there is other documentation of which I'm not aware? - This is the
most likely place, I'll bet!!
