secure_cp does not have a trustkey promise. It sounds like your hosts are
having issues exchanging keys
here is the copy body we use for secure copies
body copy_from mycopy(from,server)
{
servers => {"$(server)"};
source => "$(from)";
compare => "digest";
copy_backup => "true";
trustkey => "true";
}
