I have a couple policy hosts and only one does this. If I restart cfengine3 services or reboot, I get: BAD: Unspecified server refusal (see verbose server output) !! Authentication dialogue with policyhostxxxx.xxx.com failed from the clients. I have to go into both the clients and the host and delete keys from ppkeys and recreate keys. Then everything is fine.
