Agreed, we'll grow into a CCAN (comprehensive cfengine archive network) eventually.
What's "Modular Bundles"? That doesn't ship with the release tarballs, I don't think. One just downloads that over the Web or SVN, right? I like the idea of a large (and growing) solutions library.
